Anyone who enters confidential documents into public AI tools first has to redact names and case numbers. Not in Logicc: your data stays in Germany and is deleted at the model provider immediately after the response.

PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, images and scans (with text recognition), as well as audio files such as WAV, MP3 and M4A, which are transcribed automatically.

Up to 1,000 pages per document, on every plan.

Yes. Word (.docx), PDF and Excel (.xlsx) straight from the chat: request the format, download the file.

They are stored encrypted in Germany (data centres in Nürnberg and Falkenstein). Model requests run in Europe with contractually agreed Zero Data Retention, and nothing is used for training.

Each model has its strengths, for example with long documents, writing or logical reasoning. Smart Select AI can choose automatically if you like, and you can switch yourself at any time. You'll find an overview on the AI Models page.

The app for Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android is in preparation. Until then, you use Logicc directly in the browser, no installation needed.

That's up to you: retention periods from 30 days to unlimited can be set at organisation level, separately for general and project chats.
