Nothing stays with the provider
The model provider does not store your request. Your data does not train any AI model; this is contractually excluded.
AI processing takes place exclusively in the EU. The DPA (data processing agreement) under Art. 28 GDPR is automatically part of the contract, and all data protection documents are available for download.

Enterprise is designed for organizations with roughly 20 or more employees that want to roll out AI across the whole organization: with guided support, custom integrations and dedicated contacts. Smaller teams usually start with Business, Secure+ or Max.
Enterprise is built for large organizations, including those with more than 10,000 users.
Yes, from the Max plan: Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta and SAML 2.0, plus SCIM provisioning. Two-factor sign-in and passkeys can be made mandatory for the entire organization.
On the Enterprise plan, hosting on dedicated servers is possible. We'll discuss the details with your IT team.
Yes. On the Enterprise plan, you can use your own API keys if you wish, and we integrate your software and databases individually.
The DPA, TOMs and the list of subprocessors, plus the agreement under § 203 StGB for professionals bound by secrecy. Everything can be reviewed in advance, and you can conclude the DPA directly in the app.
